2. Introduction
These terms and conditions (terms) govern your relationship with Therapy The Hub Limited (We)
When you use Our online services.
Unless otherwise stated the services and products available on this site are provided to you by
Therapy The Hub Limited.
The Management of the Website is undertaken by RTM Distribution
Please read these terms carefully as your use of this site including any transactions you make
are subject to these terms.
Should you need clarification or additional information in relation to these terms then please
contact us using our contact us page.
3. Changes to these terms
We may make changes to these terms from time to time which will be effective when posted to this
site. Therefore we would encourage you to regularly check the site for updates
You will be subject to the terms in force at the time that you use the site, unless any changes
to the terms are made by law or government authority which may therefore also apply to orders
previously placed by you.
4. Our Service
Our site allows you to
Purchase physical products such as vinyl records, CDs, clothing and equipment
We may change prices for products at any time by posting new products on the site, any changes
will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.
All prices on the Website exclude delivery charges which will be added to the total amount due.
See the Delivery options section of the Website for Delivery charge Information. Applicable delivery
charges will be calculated and displayed prior to your payment details being taken.
It is possible that some of the items on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will usually
verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure.
If a products correct price is less than our stated price we will charge the lower amount when
dispatching the order to you. If a products price is higher than the price stated on our site we
will at our discretion either contact you for your instructions before dispatch, or reject your
order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide you with the
product to you at the incorrect price, even if we have sent you a dispatch confirmation if the
pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you.
5. Using the Website
We have tried to keep the usability and functionality of our store as straight forward as
possible, however If you do experience problems with finding your way around the site then
please contact us using our contact us page and we will try to help you get to grips with it.
When you view the home page you see a list of genres displayed on the left hand side of the
screen. When you click on one of the genres you will be redirected to another page which will
list all of the sub genres of the main genre that we have in stock. For example if you click on the
Drum & Bass listing you will be transferred to another page where two options appear on the
screen. The first option says Drum & Bass, the second option says Jungle. If you click the
Jungle option a page opens showing the first page of the Jungle records we have in stock. You
can navigate to further pages of Jungle using the page navigation button at the bottom of the
page.
All of the items in each genre of music are listed in alphabetical order. Alternatively if you
are looking for a specific record you can use the search bar at the top left of the page. If for example
you wish to look at all of our releases which feature Scott Brown then type in Scott Brown
and press search and the first page of items by or featuring Scott brown will be displayed. Once
again if there are many releases which fit into the search criteria then you can use the page
navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to look at the next page.
The search bar option should enable you to search by a number of different search parameters,
for example, artist, title or record label.If you are looking for a specific product we would
suggest you search for it using at least two different search parameters, for example run an
artist name search and then a track title search. We suggest this to you on the off chance there
may be a spelling mistake in our database or that we have been given incorrect information in relation to a record.
We have tried to provide you with as much information as we can in relation to the products we
have available to enable you to identify the product you require. Due to the volume of products available
on the site some individual detailed product information may be in the process of being added. If you require
additional information or clarification on a product then please contact us using our contact us page.
6. Registration and Passwords
In order to purchase from the site you will have to complete a registration process by providing
us with certain information including you name, email address, home address and contact details
and in some cases payment details.
Please ensure you correctly input this information particularly that the delivery address is the
same as the billing address as Therapy The Hub Ltd will not be held responsible for delays in
dispatch or delivery of your order due to incorrectly inputted details. Should a delivery be refused,
lost or not reach the correct delivery address due to incorrectly inputted information then the customer
shall be liable for the full cost of the order, the initial and redelivery of the order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and your account
information, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password or
account and for any access to or use of this site by you or any person or entity using your
password, whether or not such person or entity has your permission.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other
breach of security.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your
password contrary to these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that we feel may be of a fraudulent nature.
7. Privacy Policy
We take the privacy and security of our customers seriously. We use the information we collect
about you to enable us to fulfil your requirements.
Email addresses are stored and only used by Therapy The Hub Ltd, we will never sell share any
email addresses or customer information with any third party company, unless we are required to do so by law.
No customer information is stored longer than necessary.
8. Condition of Media
As you browse our Website you will notice that we sell a mixture of new and used products.
We therefore grade each product to enable you as a customer to buy with an insight into the condition
of the product and the sleeve. The grading for each product on the site is listed along with all of the other
relevant information relating to each individual product.They have been graded according to quality,
condition and rarity. If you require further information on a product or verification of condition then
please use our contact us page before ordering as returns of used product are not accepted.
In addition to grading the Vinyl / CD (Media) we also grade the sleeve (cover) and show the two
grading seperately.As a general rule in relation to used vinyl, we find in the majority of
instances that the covers will be slightly more worn than the vinyl / CD, and in some cases the
record may not be in its original cover but in a plain sleeve. This could result in some
products being given for an example a grading of vg on the vinyl and mint for the sleeve. In
addition in some instances we may be selling a repressed version of a track, this happens when
the record is originally pressed and the record label presses for example an initial run of 500
copies, this initial run may have been sold in a colour picture sleeve. Then when this initial
500 has sold out they do a second pressing of the record, this is called a repress but instead
of a colour sleeve this pressing is in a plain or more generic label sleeve.Example of this can
be seen with artists such as deadmau5 and with releases on the Nukleuz label, although the
record itself will be the same and carry the same release code the packaging is very different.
Please also be aware that sometimes our suppliers send us new products and despite being new and
unplayed they arrive at our warehouse with very minor damage to the sleeve. Despite this
imperfection we would still class this as new as the record has never been sold to a member of
the public and will be straight from the distributor to us and then to you. If when picking your
order we find that one of the new items you have ordered has cover damage we will email you
prior to dispatch to discuss the matter further.
Please note that all images on the Website are for illustration purposes only and are not actual
pictures of the product that is for sale or of the covers containing the product that is for sale.
All weights displayed on the site are for rough guidance only and do not represent the accurate
weight for a product, they are a rough average used to calculate the postal costs as products,
sleeves and cases can vary in size and weight.
We double check the condition of each product before dispatch to ensure accurate grading therefore
no used items will be excepted back for return as they are sold to you as used, not new and in
addition the grading method we use is for guidance only. We are conscious that depending on the
equipment used to play a record sound quality can vary dramatically. We use a Technics 1210 mk2
with an ortofon pro s stylus to grade the quality of a vinyl. We believe Ortofon stylus
offer a superior frequency and audio range and find that they play new and used vinyl more
consistently and reliably than any other stylus we have tested.However if you are dissatisfied
with a product then please use our contact us page and we will try and resolve
any issues you may have.
Vinyl & General Grading
NEW = NEW / New, straight off the shelf just as the distributor sent it to us please see
condition of media information for more information
M = MINT / May have been played but with no sign of being played, looks and plays like new
NM = NEAR MINT / Has been played a few times, but still looks and plays like new
VG+ = VERY GOOD PLUS / Has been played quite a few times, looks good but may have some
very minor surface marks which do not affect playback
VG = VERY GOOD / Has been well played, looks and plays well will have some surface marks and
some signs of wear with barely detectable crackles or pops
G = GOOD / Has been well played, looks played but sounds good and plays well, may have a few
surface marks which can be heard but don't affect the overall playback
G- = GOOD MINUS / Has been very well played, will play, several surface marks which will affect
the playback with audible pops and crackles, although at a similar volume to the music
P = POOR / Very well played, looks well played, but will play, plenty of surface marks will
affect the playback, with regular audible pops and crackles which can at times be heard over the
music
Cover Grading
Please note if a sleeve is no longer able to contain the record due to damage we will firstly
attempt to repair it and if that is not possible we will put it in a new plain sleeve. This will be catalogued
as a plain sleeve.
NEW = NEW / New, straight off the shelf just as the distributor sent it to us please see

M = MINT / We know its used but it doesn't look used
NM = NEAR MINT / Sleeve has very minor wear and looks nearly as good as new
VG+ = VERY GOOD PLUS / The sleeve has a little bit of wear, possibly corner damage
VG = VERY GOOD / The sleeve is worn with use, with in some instances corner damage
G = GOOD / The sleeve is well worn but is still protecting the vinyl
G- = GOOD MINUS / The sleeve will be damaged and may have been repaired with tape
P = POOR / The sleeve will be badly damaged, and chances are it will have been repaired with
either tape or glue.
9. Placing an order
Our Website contains thousands of products and whilst we aim to provide accurate and up to date
information it is possible that some information on the Website may be inaccurate and is therefore only
intended as to act as a guide as we rely upon third parties to provide some of the information listed
on the Website. If we find or are informed of an error in our information we will look to clarify the error
and amend the information on the Website as soon as we can. Please also be aware that although
our Website is updated in real time the stock figure indicated is for guidance only as we are also
a physical shop the stock levels can change very quickly.
To place an order click on the add to basket logo under the items you wish to purchase. You can
add other items to your basket in the same way, then once you have finished browsing the Website
click the view cart symbol at the top right of the page and then follow the on screen instructions.
Please be aware that we purge all unprocessed baskets at the end of each working day. We have
to undertake this procedure as our stock management system adjusts our stock in real time so if we
only have one copy of a record in stock it is adjusted to zero on the Website if you add it to your basket.
We are aware that some people may abuse this system by putting an item in their basket that they don't
really want or cant afford. By purging un processed baskets we can ensure that products are available
for customers as opposed to being tied up in the system. Therefore we would encourage you to complete
your purchase once you have added all of the items to your basket that you require as opposed to leaving
them in the basket to come back to at another time.
If there is an item on our Website that you would like to purchase but may not have sufficient
funds at that time then please use our contact us page and we will try to come to an
arrangement with you to secure the record for you.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date indicated on the dispatch confirmation, if no
date is specified, then within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are
circumstances beyond our control which may delay or interfere with the delivery of your order.
All goods purchased are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership will only pass to you
when we have received payment in full of all sums due in respect of the goods, including any
delivery charges

Our default delivery method is Second Class Recorded as we encourage customers to use a recorded method of delivery
to give as much traceability to both you the customer and to us the supplier.
All delivery times quoted are estimates, it can take longer for a delivery to reach its destination

You can Collect your order from our Warehouse by appointment, please just contact us for details.
UK - This zone comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
All vinyls are dispatched in a mailer with cardboard stiffener. If a larger volume of vinyl
is ordered then we may dispatch the items in a vinyl pizza box or in a several mailers firmly secured together with tape.
For both Vinyl and CDs Doubles are classed as two units. Triples as three units and so forth.
Any CDs dispatched will be sent in a padded envelope. If a larger volume of CDs may be
dispatched in a larger padded envelope or in a cardboard box.
If have any specific requirements relating to the packaging of your order, or specific delivery
instructions then please let us know at the time of Ordering and we will try to meet your requirements.
All Orders are generally picked and dispatched within one working day of payment being received and cleared,
Occasionally the dispatch of an Order may be delayed if we need more information from you, or we need to
discuss an element of your Order with you.
Whilst we aim that are orders are delivered as quickly as possible we are unfortunately unable
to control the speed of delivery once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your
order within 10 days of our confirmation of dispatch to you then please contact us.
As per Paypal rules we can only send orders to the address on the Paypal payment reciept.
If you wish us to send your order to an address different to the one on your Paypal account
you must add the delivery address to your Paypal payment before you pay. This is very easy for
you to do and takes a couple of minutes.

11. Force Majeure
Therapy The Hub Ltd and/or RTM Distribution and/or any of their employees cannot be held
responsible and will accept no liability to the Customer for any failure to deliver any ordered
goods or for any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused
by any circumstance that are beyond reasonable control.

payment less the paypal fees as this is not something we can claim back from paypal.

11. Force Majeure
Therapy The Hub Ltd and/or RTM Distribution and/or any of their employees cannot be held
responsible and will accept no liability to the Customer for any failure to deliver any ordered
goods or for any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused
by any circumstance that are beyond reasonable control.
12. Payment Method
There are Three methods you can pay for you order
1. PayPal
2. Credit/Debit Cards (Via PayPal you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this method)
3. Direct Bank Transfer
For Payment methods 1 and 2 PayPal or Credit / Debit Cards please follow the on screen
instructions in the shopping cart area any card details are submitted directly to PayPal, we have no
access to this information, nor do we store this information thus giving you the security and piece
of mind offered by PayPal.
For Payment method 3, Bank Transfers please contact us prior to Ordering for details
on how to pay for your order via this method.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared in our account.
Please ensure the delivery address for you order is the same as the billing address.
Please ensure you correctly input your name address and contact details. Therapy The Hub Ltd
will not be held responsible for delays in delivery of your order due to incorrectly inputted
details. Should a delivery be refused or not reach the correct delivery address due to
incorrectly inputted information then the customer shall be liable for the full postage costs
We reserve the right to refuse orders that we feel may be of a fraudulent nature.
We endeavour to process Orders placed before midday on the same day. Orders placed after this
time may be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or
Bank Holiday Friday will be processed on the first working day after the weekend. This will in the
majority of instances be a Monday with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays.
13. Cancellation of Orders and Returns Policies
Prior to dispatch
You may cancel you order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by using our
contact us form please include the details of your Order and the reasons for cancelation.
Please ensure that you quote your name, address and order reference.
After Receipt of goods by customer
In line with distance selling regulation (non face to face contact selling) we provide you with
a "cooling off period" of seven working days (7) starting from the day after you receive the
goods.
You will receive a full refund for the full value of the goods purchased in accordance with our
returns policy conditions listed below , your statutory legal rights remain unaffected.
Should you wish to cancel your order you must inform us in writing within the 7 working day
period beginning the day after you received your order by emailing us at .
Please ensure that you quote your name, address and order reference.
You must return the goods to us immediately (within fourteen working days (14) starting from the
day after you received the goods), at your own cost and risk and in the condition you received
the good in. You are legally obliged to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
If you fail to do so, you may be liable for a claim against you from us for compensation.
Please be aware that you cannot return CD or DVD products supplied by us unless they are faulty
In which instance an identical replacement will be supplied, as opposed to a credit.
In addition we are unable to accept back any items you have opened up, where the packaging or
the security seal has been broken.
All Styli and Head Shells are checked prior to dispatch should you find fault with one we have supplied
to you we will send it to the manufacturer for testing to establish if the fault has been cause by neglect or abuse
before a replacement or credit is sent. Due to the consumable nature of the Styli and Head Shell we are unable
to accept back any non defective items.
14. Refunds Policy
Refunds on goods returned under the cooling off period policy
If you cancel your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period detailed in our Cancellation of
Orders and Returns Policies section, we will process, once we have received the goods back from
you, the refund due to you as soon as possible, and within 30 days from the day you gave notice
of cancellation. In this situation we will refund the full cost of the item, you will however be
responsible for the initial cost of sending and returning the goods.You may also be liable to pay us
compensation for any wear and tear or damage to the goods which may have occurred during
the time you were responsible for the goods this will be established when we examine the
returned goods.
Refunds on Damaged or Defective items
If you feel that you have received goods which are damaged or defective,please contact us
immediately by either writing to the address on your receipt or by emailing us at
sales@therapythehub.co.uk, we will then contact you to discuss the matter. Once we have
responded and agreed to your request to return the goods you must return the goods to us
immediately (within fourteen working days (14) starting from the day after you received the
goods).Once the damaged or defective goods have been returned to us we will examine them to
establish if the goods are damaged or defective and that they are not damaged or defective due
to neglect or malicious actions of the customer (you). As soon as we have examined the goods we
will notify you of our findings. If we establish that the goods are damaged or defective but not
through the neglect or malicious actions of the customer (you) then we will supply a replacement
item if one is available. Should no replacement be available we will refund the full cost of the
item, the initial delivery to you and the cost incurred to you in returning the item to us.You
must however return the goods to us in the same condition that you received them. If a replacement
item is available we will pay the cost of delivery to you and the cost incurred to you when you returned
the damaged or defective goods.
Refunds on Items Incorrectly Delivered
Our mistake, If goods are not delivered due to an error on our part we will refund your order,
or send the goods again without any extra charge depending on your wishes. Please be aware when
you place your order that the address you give at the time of ordering will be the address the goods
will be dispatched to, if this address given to us by you is incorrect we will not refund any postage charges.
If you receive items in your order that you have not ordered, we will refund you for the items you didn't order
and also for the cost of the outgoing postage on those individual items once you have returned them to us.
You are legally obliged to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to do so,
you may be liable for a claim against you from us for compensation should they be damaged or defective
when they are returned to us.
Your mistake, If you do not receive your items because you gave us incorrect information, or
because the post office could not deliver the package because there was no one available to receive
it and/or no one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will only be refunded for the items not the
delivery costs. We can resend your parcel put you will have to pay for additional postage.
We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible, and within 30 days from the
day we confirm to you via email that you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will normally be
refunded using the same method you paid for the goods.
15. System Misuse
Any attempts to enter into any secured area of www.therapythehub.co.uk without authorisation is
not permitted.Therapy The Hub reserves the right to report such illegal activities to any and
all-regulatory, administrative and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution.
